General description: prepare architectural plans according to the requirements of the responsible person, according to SUR’s own concepts, to send them to the Budget and Works Departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in technical and construction drawing.
- With advanced or completed studies in architecture or civil engineering.
- Knowledge of architectural modeling.
- Experience in preparing architectural plans.
- Use of AutoCAD and Revit.
- Knowledge of the BIM methodology.
- Analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative and creativity in proposals for solutions.
