Modeler
General description: prepare architectural plans according to the requirements of the responsible person, according to SUR’s own concepts, to send them to the Budget and Works Departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
Drawing construction plans for apartment towers, or at least for houses. - Drawing architectural construction plans, and if possible, coordinating specialists.
- Drawing plans for construction license files.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Minimum completion of Architecture coursework.
- Knowledge in BIM methodology.
