Hostess – Sales Room Puerto San José
Hostess – Sales Office Puerto San José: Receive and assist clients referred by the sales force. Attend to direct visits to the project.
Requirements:
- Advanced studies in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in sales (ideally in real estate).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation and service attitude.
- Results-oriented.
- CRM experience (desirable).
Main Functions:
- Receive and assist clients referred by the sales force.
- Attend direct visits at the project.
- Provide personalized information and advice about the project.
- Conduct guided tours of the project and/or showroom.
- Prepare quotes based on the client’s profile.
- Follow up with prospects until the sale is closed.
- Register and update information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team and back office.
- Maintain the sales room in optimal condition.
