Main functions:

• Inspect, verify, and ensure that projects meet the required quality standards (main structure, secondary structure, finishes, and engineering).
• Interpretation of physical and digital plans (ACC, PDF, etc.).
• Knowledge of construction processes (main structure, secondary structure, finishes, special systems, hydraulic, electrical, etc.).
• Preparation of field supervision reports and follow-up on quality control manuals.
• Updating delivery tables to clients, process receptions, warehouse control, and departmental materials.
• Management of petty cash, reimbursement of expenses, follow-up on quotes, documentation backup, and maintenance budget.
• Supervise the condition of the apartments until the day of delivery.
• Other functions inherent to the position.
