Cost Control (Construction)
Overview: Responsible for recording and verifying construction costs, reconciliations, and payments in AuraNet and QuickBooks systems.
Requirements:
- Advanced studies in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of two years of experience in similar positions within the construction industry.
Main Duties:
- Control payments and invoices in the AuraNet and QuickBooks systems.
- Record all payments related to materials, labor, machinery, and services.
- Verify invoices and receipts to ensure they are accurate and reflect project progress.
- Perform weekly reconciliations of outstanding balances with suppliers (in Excel and paper).
- Request settlements from suppliers.
- Review monthly differences between invoices entered in AuraNet and QuickBooks in relation to costs.
