Hostess – Sales Room
Overview: Serves customers in the sales room, provides project information, and coordinates supplies and maintenance of the space.
Requirements:
- Advanced studies in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or similar roles.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
- Availability to work weekends (with a day off during the week).
Main Duties:
- Support customer service during events or activities in the sales floor.
- Follow up on basic customer requests or forward them to the appropriate department.
- Generate purchase orders based on department requirements.
- Provide general information about projects.
- Request supplies necessary for the operation of the sales floor.
- Maintain direct communication with maintenance staff to ensure the proper condition of the space.
