Hostess – Sales Room

Overview: Serves customers in the sales room, provides project information, and coordinates supplies and maintenance of the space.

Requirements:

  • Advanced studies in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or similar roles.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Availability to work weekends (with a day off during the week).

Main Duties:

  • Support customer service during events or activities in the sales floor.
  • Follow up on basic customer requests or forward them to the appropriate department.
  • Generate purchase orders based on department requirements.
  • Provide general information about projects.
  • Request supplies necessary for the operation of the sales floor.
  • Maintain direct communication with maintenance staff to ensure the proper condition of the space.
