EL PRADO

Historic Center 9ª calle 4-69, Zone 1 Guatemala

Located in the Historic Center, 9th street and 5th avenue zone 1, and designed by the architects Carlos Asencio Wunderlich and Roberto Irigoyen, it was built in 1950.

At the time it was built, living in an apartment was synonymous with international sophistication. The first level has a greater height and was dedicated to commerce. An elegant overhang covers the sidewalk and offers protection during the winter months. It has pink marble details in the elevator area and period details.
